Purchase:     

 CREDIT CARD :
  using a VISA/Matercard I'll need you to call me here in my office to securely receive your credit card numbers and card expiration date.

C.O.D. purchases: 
  must be paid in full at delivery by postal money order or bank check. No personal checks will be accepted for C.O.D. orders.

> Customized basses such as those made with custom colors etc. and/or alterations to the electronics and/or hardware etc. by the buyer's request cannot be returned for obvious reasons.

 

             You then have 72 hours to view the bass.  

 If you are not satisfied with the instrument contact Landing Guitars immediately. Repack the instrument in the original container (just as it came to you) and ship it back to the return address via US POSTAL SERVICE insured for the entire value.

 

   NOTE:   The shipping cost of the bass back to Landing Guitars will be YOUR expense and is usually around $60.00. Shipment MUST be insured for the full amount of the instrument.

* I'll make a quick check to make sure that the bass has not been abused or met with a mishap.

Your money will then be refunded.

               Basically , after you receive the bass save the original carton and shipping contents such as the bubble pack and all styrofoam. Take good care of the instrument! If you are not happy do a great job of repacking the bass into its shipping container for the trip back.   Everything should be fine.

          1. I can assure you that I'm not in the business of making people keep basses that they do not want.

2. Nor am I in the business of keeping someone's money.

3. The most this will cost you if the bass is returned is the shipping fee back to Landing Guitars.
